What type of gold do you use?
We strictly use 14K recycled solid gold, which are kind to your skin and the planet. Our 14K gold strikes the perfect balance between durability and radiance, offering a rich, warm glow that withstands everyday wear. No tarnishing or fading over time! We prioritize recycled and responsibly mined gold, reducing environmental impact while preserving its beauty.
What type of diamonds do you use?
We exclusively use F color and SI1 clarity, conflict-free diamonds, ensuring that every stone upholds the highest human, ethical and environmental standards.
F color diamonds are considered colorless and are part of the top tier on the diamond color scale. For the naked eye, an F color diamond appears "icy white" and virtually identical to the D and E grades, making it a high-quality and valuable choice.
SI1, or Slightly Included 1, "eye clean" clarity diamonds look flawless to the naked eye but can have slight inclusions visible under 10x magnification. But when it’s set in a ring and on someone’s finger, these inclusions can’t be seen.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. International shipping rates start at USD 10 for Canada and at USD 15 for the rest of the world. Rates vary depending on your destination country.
As far as tariffs/customs fees, if your shipping address is located outside of the United States, your government may charge you a fee for imported goods that exceed a certain value.
We can't do anything to avoid custom charges as they depend on the regulations of the destination country.
We strongly recommend to check with your Customs Authority for further information about customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. All orders take 1-3 business days to be processed after being placed. For orders within the US, shipping normally takes 3-5 business days. Shipping times for international orders vary depending on your destination and the local duties and taxes processing methods. As soon as your order ships, you can track it through your shipping confirmation email.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, we will review and accept your return within 30 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Items NOT eligible for return/exchange are:
- Used/worn merchandise including damaged items due to improper care/mishandling or insufficient packaging prior to return transit
- Made-to-order and customized items (E.g.: birthstone jewelry, family pendants, etc.) Sale items are considered final sale and are not refundable. This includes any flash sale/instagram sale/coupon code sale/sale section and sample sales
- Items shipped later than the indicated return window
- Unauthorized returns
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. We offer free returns within the USA. International returns are accepted but shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. La Nadia Jewels is not responsible for any lost return packages.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty from the date of original purchase, covering any defects in materials or workmanship.
This warranty includes issues such as manufacturing defects and structural integrity.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, tarnishing, or fading of metals and gemstones.
- Damage caused by improper care, such as exposure to chemicals, water, or excessive force.
- Loss or theft of items.
- Modifications or repairs performed by third parties not authorized by us.
Repair Policy:
- If your jewelry requires repair due to manufacturing defects within the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
- After the warranty period, we offer a lifetime repair service for a below-market fee.
How do I clean my jewelry?
To maintain the beauty of your handmade piece, scrub it lightly using a soft toothbrush and mild soap. Rinse with lukewarm water and DO NOT drop it down the drain - been there, done that... Polish using a microfiber cloth. Continue to wear with pride.
