Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry, we will review and accept your return within 30 days of your order's arrival. Returned merchandise must include original packaging and tags, and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Items NOT eligible for return/exchange are:
- Used/worn merchandise including damaged items due to improper care/mishandling or insufficient packaging prior to return transit
- Made-to-order and customized items (E.g.: birthstone jewelry, family pendants, etc.) Sale items are considered final sale and are not refundable. This includes any flash sale/instagram sale/coupon code sale/sale section and sample sales
- Items shipped later than the indicated return window
- Unauthorized returns
Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account. We offer free returns within the USA. International returns are accepted but shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount. La Nadia Jewels is not responsible for any lost return packages.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled as long as they haven't been marked as "shipped". Please note if your order qualifies for same day shipping we may not be able to cancel it anymore. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post to your account.
To begin a cancellation, return, exchange or repair process, please send an email with your name and order number to care@lanadiajewels.com.
